Recipe for Korean Marinade:


  • Ingredient chicken wings/pork chop/chicken steak/beef ribs

Cooking Instructions

  1. Marinate 10 pieces of chicken wings (about 400g/14oz) with one pack of Lee Kum Kee Korean Marinade for 1 hour.
  2. Pan-fry chicken wings over low heat until they are golden.
  3. Mix the remaining marinade in bowl with 2 table spoons of water.
  4. Pour into the chicken wings and continue to cook until done.
