Ajumma Republic Japchae Sauce 300g
Korean stir-fried sweet potato noodle sauce
Store in a cool dry place and refrigerate after opening. Consume within a month or by best before date
How to prepare Japchae?
Cook 4 oz glass noodles in boiling water and drain.
Stir fry 2 oz pork marinated in soy sauce, pepper and garlic.
Stir fry a small batch of spinach, mushrooms, carrots and onions.
Stir fry the glass noodles with 2 tablespoons of Ajumma Republic Japchae Sauce.
Mix all the ingredients together.
